A strong balance practice begins with body awareness.
This month we will focus on a full-body strength and flexibility workout to create and cultivate full-body stability.
I will teach tips and tricks to make more technical and advanced balance poses within reach. We flow together through tricky balance postures and transitions while focusing on strength, clarity of mind, and internal engagement, so you can move and flow with fluidity and grace, and never fatigue on your mat again.

Lisa Lange is a qualified physiotherapist and yoga teacher. While teaching yoga, her goal is to impart a healthy and individual alignment and to share her therapeutic knowledge of anatomy and spirituality with you. Lisas classes are physically challenging with a focus on biomechanical alignment principals combined with flowy vinyasa elements on some good modern beats. Every class has a specific topic where all the asanas are individually adapted. Your movement, breath and spirit will melt to a unity so you will find your balance on and off the mat.
